We can structure the earnest money deposit/exclusive option fee, and down ("promesa") and closing ("escritura") payments, to occur entirely within this USA (so that currency fluctuations become a non-factor).  In the alternative, we can set those payments up to occur within Colombia if you are attempting to gain a Colombian visa by way of your property purchase.
